About the role
In this role, you will take full ownership of manual testing and business acceptance testing, verifying that new features, improvements, and fixes meet both specifications and client requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA Engineers to plan and execute testing for upcoming releases, ensuring smooth, high-quality deliveries.

You will also support Product Owners in defining specifications and gathering requirements, while helping colleagues across the organization understand product functionalities. With your analytical mindset and strong business understanding, you identify areas of improvement and contribute to the overall usability and value of our platform.

Key responsibilities
Your main tasks include:

• Planning and performing manual testing for new features, improvements, and fixes
• Ensuring that changes meet specifications, client business needs, and usability standards
• Conducting end-to-end testing and preparing test cases for larger development projects
• Participating in acceptance testing before releases
• Cooperating with the QA team to support test automation
• Assisting Product Owners in requirement gathering and specification work
• Helping internal teams understand and utilize product functionalities
• Suggesting future improvements and maintaining high quality standards

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about testing. You combine business understanding with technical insight and have experience working in a product or software environment. You thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional setting and take ownership of ensuring product quality from a user and business perspective.

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing, product quality, or related roles
• Solid understanding of both business and software processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of software development processes and user-centered design
• Understanding of the wealth and asset management domain and its processes
• Full working proficiency in English

Beneficial (not required):

• Experience with manual testing for functional accuracy, usability, and client alignment
• Basic programming knowledge
