After working in recruitment towards the financial sector since 2014, and prior to that eight years at an investment bank and asset management company, Michael noticed an increasing demand from clients for more specialized and qualified recruitment services. 

As the roles became more complex, the demands on recruitment firms grew, and this led to the idea of Fincruit, which was founded in 2024. Fincruit is focused on recruiting to the financial sector, with the goal of becoming the natural choice for both candidates and companies when it comes to recruitment within banking and finance.
